The Collective Athletics (hereinafter "The Business") is a legally registered for-profit business entity operating in the State of Kentucky. The Business is not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, a charitable foundation, or a tax-exempt entity under the Internal Revenue Code.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any funds, monetary contributions, payments, or sponsorships submitted to The Business through this website, Venmo, or any other payment channel are classified as business revenue and/or sponsorship payments, not charitable donations.

1. NO TAX DEDUCTION: Contributions made to The Business are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes. You will not receive a tax receipt or a Form 1099-C for your contribution.
